How often do we truly explore everything within ourselves? How deeply& calmly can we face our egos, fears, worries, wounds, and/or negative self images & thoughts? Can we acknowledge them simultaneously when interacting with other people?... 

 This piece was created while I looked at myself, going through every layer, big and small triggers, old and new impediments, created by my mind..I was trying to acknowledge as many as I could....

This innerwork/shadow work has no end and there are deep growth, existential beauty, and expansion in our consciousness we always get to experience along the way. 🙏🌌
